Through clear planning and thoughtful detail, we create interiors with lasting ease—where everyone feels at home. Our role is to simplify the process, handle all the details and craft spaces that feel authentically yours.

We partner with homeowners, architects and builders across Chicago, the North Shore and the Midwest to create homes that work beautifully and age with ease. Our approach is purpose-first: we study how you live, plan the flow, then layer materials, color and texture to deliver rooms that feel collected, comfortable and complete.

haywoodmade is led by Kelsey Haywood, a Chicago interior designer with a start-up backbone and a maker’s eye. Raised in Indiana in a family of builders and craftspeople, she brings a trained work ethic, calm leadership and clear communication to every project. Kelsey lives in a 1920s bungalow with her husband and three children, which keeps her focus squarely on beautiful design that stands up to daily life.
