My love affair with small business started when I was 14—and it never really stopped. Over the years, I’ve watched independent businesses pour heart and creativity into what they do, often with limited resources and visibility.
That’s why I built Heart Be Your Guide—a curated directory of small businesses that celebrates the makers, dreamers, and entrepreneurs shaping our communities. It’s a space where discovery matters, where independent shops can be found, and where supporting local feels intentional and easy.
This project is about connection—between people and the businesses that pour meaning into what they do. It’s about shining a light on what already exists and helping those stories reach the right audience.
