Hey, I’m Caitlin. My love affair with small business started when I was 14 and honestly, it never stopped. Now at 42, I’ve pretty much seen it all—the late nights, the tight margins, the creative wins, the “how do we even do this?” moments.
I’ve worked inside e-commerce shops, design studios, branding houses, floral and wedding companies (and a few more in between). The common thread? Small businesses need support—but getting it shouldn’t feel impossible, overwhelming, or crazy expensive.
That’s where Heart Be Your Guide comes in. I bring my decades of hands-on experience to help you with the stuff that keeps you up at night—marketing, operations, finances, all the unglamorous (but essential) pieces of running a business. Standard Rate → The true cost of my services. This keeps things sustainable for me and fair for you.
Supporter Rate → For businesses in a stronger financial position who want to help make the Community Rate possible for others.
